I was born in the Czech Republic and moved to the U.S. at age 11, spending many years in California before settling in Virginia Beach three years ago. I took my first barre class in 2010 and instantly fell in love with the strength, grace, and challenge it brings. After becoming certified in 2019, I’ve been teaching barre ever since.

I met my husband 10 years ago, and together we have two energetic boys, ages 4 and 8. Barre has been a constant in my life through every season, and I’m excited to finally find a studio community in Virginia Beach where I can continue sharing my passion for movement.
