An injury while training for a triathlon brought me to my first yoga studio. There I was introduced to the world of Power Yoga. Soon I completed teacher training and learned the meaning of "service to others". I have been blessed to participate in a variety of adaptive yoga trainings and putting knowledge to use with under serve population. I am excited to return to Studio Bamboo.

How would you describe your teaching style?

Students can expect a fun and challenging class no matter what level. With focus on alignment and encouragement to listen to your body.

What does yoga mean to you?

Change. I have never regretted spending time on my mat.

What is your favorite asana and why?

Triangle - the pose speaks to me in a sweet voice. However, the inverse pose, revolved triangle, is my nemesis with a different voice to which I listen.
