Angela has been yoga-inspired since she first read Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda in 1976 and has been teaching Yoga since 1994. She has trained in many styles of yoga, yoga therapy, and meditation. She has guided students in receiving their Yoga Alliance approved certifications since 2008. Angela also owns and directs Angela Phillips Cooks, a cooking school dedicated to teaching students how to prepare local, organic, sustainable, and beautiful food.
