Victoria explores the beauty of yoga through the weaving of movement, breath, and deep emotional healing. When not on her mat, she is a reading a new book or being a Harry Potter/Doctor Who/comic book geek. She finds peace in playing with her fur-baby, exploring life with her significant other and connecting to Mother Earth.

What does yoga mean to Victoria:

Yoga to me is, quite simply, life in its purest form- a means of deep healing and expansive living. This sacred practice opens the magical connection between one's truest self, all living beings, and the earth.

Favorite Asana:

One of my favorite asanas is Prasarita Padottanasana (Wide-Legged Forward Fold). The pose serves as a basis for so many movements that open the heart, hips, and back, but also brings a sense of calm strength mirrored with breath.
