When not on her mat, she is a reading a new book or being a Harry Potter/Doctor Who/comic book geek. She finds peace in playing with her fur-baby, exploring life with her significant other and connecting to Mother Earth.

What does yoga mean to Victoria:
Yoga to me is, quite simply, life in its purest form- a means of deep healing and expansive living. This sacred practice opens the magical connection between one's truest self, all living beings, and the earth.
One of my favorite asanas is Prasarita Padottanasana (Wide-Legged Forward Fold). The pose serves as a basis for so many movements that open the heart, hips, and back, but also brings a sense of calm strength mirrored with breath.
