I love long walks in the woods, stargazing, sunrises and big family dinners; I love studying the sacred yoga texts and reading poetry; I love writing and dancing. I have three children and through them I learn honesty & compassion and how to live courageously, with a creative spirit!!

Wholeheartedly through intention, devotion and discipline. Emphasis on connecting breath with movement and stillness, being present and evoking lila (divine play)

Mollie has been teaching in the community since Fall 2003 and currently enjoys teaching an introduction to yoga course at Tidewater Community College. She has taught the prenatal program here at Studio Bamboo since the doors opened in June 2009.
Padmasana (lotus): it is a very good, stable seat. The stillness with center point concentration and attention that are required in this meditative pose. Ardha Chandrasana (half moon); the expansion of the body in all directions, finding balance while being so open and visible, vulnerable.
