Front Desk & Yoga Insctuctor

"Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self." ~The Bhagavad Gita

A daily practitioner, Victoria explores the beautiful, deep healing of yoga through weaving philosophy, movement, and breath into everyday life. When not on her mat, she is reading a new book or being a Harry Potter/Doctor Who/Star Wars, comic book geek. She finds peace in playing with her fur-baby, exploring the magic of life with her significant other, and connecting to Mother Earth.

How would you describe your teaching style?

Always from the heart. My alignment-based style sprinkles in quirkiness and humor, mindful strength, compassionate movement, and a dash of philosophy! I welcome all students and offer inclusive options so everyone finds a place in the postures. In class, we explore sustainable stability, grounding, and breath while bringing the mind, body, and soul together.

Who would you recommend taking your classes?

Anyone open to deepening into the practice and themselves with a sense of play, adventure, and definitely some laughter! I invite students to tap into their intuition, open their hearts, move with love, and stay curious. Every person is welcome with open arms.

What does yoga mean to you?

Yoga, to me, creates a life of love- it is a means of deep healing and expansive living. A way to pause, breathe, find peace, and be. Yoga allows us to be present, honoring ourselves as we are in the moment. This sacred practice, translated as "union," opens the magical connection between one's Self, all living beings, and the Earth.

Your favorite asana and Why?

One of my favorite Asanas is Prasarita Padottanasana (Wide-Legged Forward Fold). The pose serves as a basis for so many movements that open the heart, hips, and back. It also brings a sense of calm strength, plus the humbling perspective of being upside down!
