A few of favorite things are sipping cinnamon tea, listening to NPR, singing in the car, making candles, hosting friends and spooning with my rescue dog, Chili. I feel my best in the sun and saltwater, especially exploring by paddle board. I've taught yoga from Nicaragua to Indonesia, and I'm grateful to be back in my hometown of Virginia Beach where Mother Ocean inspires me everyday.

Yoga is truly for every body. No matter what brings you to class, know that your yoga requires practice, patience, and presence.
What does yoga mean to Stephanie?
Yoga is my framework for growth and my foundation for love. My yoga therapy experience cements my belief that yoga should encourage healthy, graceful aging for an abundant life. The sooner we can identify our habits, the sooner we can re-pattern and evolve for optimization.
Adho mukha svanasana (Downward Facing Dog) is accessible and all-encompassing. With all of its subtleties, it can be fine-tuned and rediscovered everyday.
