Yoga + Barre Instructor
I am a retired teacher/coach, Marine wife, mother, and proud grandma. I love dogs, horses, beach life, good music, pottery, and dabbling in the arts. I've lived in eight states, and taught dance, fitness, and nutrition in most of them. For the last nine years I have been practicing Yoga, and it has truly helped me to be a kinder, wiser, stronger, and more grateful person.
