Vanessa Renn

Yoga + Pilates Instructor

Originally from New Zealand, Vanessa has been living in Virginia Beach for nearly three years. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts at Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand back in 1994. After graduating, she did quite a bit of traveling.

  • Pilates

Teaching Style:

Her teaching style is quite laid back. Although, she likes to challenge her students but still maintaining a level that her students feel comfortable with.

Anyone who wants a a relaxing but slightly challenging, basic class. Also core is a big focus for her, especially in her Pilates class
