Lindsay's ideal state is being barefoot outdoors. Lindsay believes that nurturing a child-like sense of wonder is what keeps us young at heart, along with the openness to receive and experience new things. Lindsay's journey with yoga has helped her to find strength, fluidity and balance in her life, career and relationships with others. Lindsay has a passion for Ayurveda, writing and helping others heal.
