I was introduced to yoga at a Jack Lalane gym in New York in 1971 and have loved it ever since. I've had the pleasure of further exploring Yoga over the years with Integral yoga, Sivananda yoga and Kripalu yoga. Besides yoga I love the water , reading and life long learning, and my two beautiful grandsons.
