Classes at Bamboo:
I would describe my teaching style as active - I like to keep class moving, from one exercise to the next, from the barre to the mat, and back again. I like to keep things going so that no one gets bored, and you are constantly challenging different muscles!
Eduatcation & Certificates:
ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor and AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor and personal trainer, certified to teach many formats, but Barre is by far my favorite.
Sirshasana - headstand - It is a challenge to find your balance, and helps strengthen and calm.
This class provides the same challenging workout as our regular Barre Fitness class but in a 45-minute version. Express classes are offered at certain points of the day for those that want a more “express” workout. These classes follow the same format as their full length counterparts just in a slightly condensed time frame to help fit into your busy schedule.
Please Note: Due to the high volume of students, pre-registration is encouraged to reserve your spot in class. In order to best serve all students, if you are not present 5 minutes prior to class start time your pre-registered spot will be forfeited. Need help pre-registering for class?
