Lindsay's ideal state is being barefoot outdoors. Lindsay believes that nurturing a child-like sense of wonder is what keeps us young at heart, along with the openness to receive and experience new things. Lindsay's journey with yoga has helped her to find strength, fluidity and balance in her life, career and relationships with others. Lindsay has a passion for learning, writing and helping others heal.

  • Multi Flow
  • Multi flow is a multilevel vinyasa-style practice with a blend of sun salutes, standing, balancing and seated postures, core work, and inversions. Appropriate modifications and variations will be offered to meet all needs. All levels are welcome.

  • Vinyasa Intermediate
  • Vinyasa INT (intermediate) is designed to increase strength and endurance. Movement is synchronized with the breath as practitioners explore hip openers, backbends, arm balances and inversions. This class targets the intermediate practitioner. NO BEGINNERS PLEASE.

  • Slow Flow Nidra
  • This one hour class is designed to bring calmness, quietness and clarity to the end of your day. In this hour long class we will begin with a slow flow to help you unwind & de-stress. This will prepare you to escape into Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a powerful tool where the mind and body hover between a state of total consciousness and deep sleep. End your day with Slow Flow Nidra, you will love it! This class is for all levels even the more gentle!

  • KIDS
  • We all live busy lives even our children. Let your kids come have some fun and decompress. Children derive enormous benefits from yoga. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves. For children ages 4-11.

  • Restorative
  • Restorative yoga is a form of active therapeutic relaxation that uses props to modify traditional yoga postures. These modified postures open the body to deep relaxation and healing. This class is ideal for those suffering from chronic pain, stress, injury, or those wanting to relax and renew.
