Susan

Susan has been on Active Duty in the Navy for over 28 years, she volunteered to teach yoga to U.S. and Coalition forces while deployed in Afghanistan helping them find peace and balance.When off her mat, she loves spending time with her husband.  They have been married for over 20 years traveling the world and photographing wildlife and landscape. Susan loves gardening, running and walking my three legged dog.

Teaching Style:
Varies quite a lot; while always weaving in focus of body awareness, good alignment and effective breathing.

Favorite Asana:
Virabhadrasana III (Warrior III). It is a strong pose which makes me feel like a strong warrior inside and out.

  • Yoga Wall Level ll
  • The Yoga Wall is basically a prop that can be used for many types of poses from standing poses, back bends, forward bends, inversions, and more. The Wall allows students to move deeper into poses, to understand alignment, and to be more playful in practice. The wall class is appropriate for students of all levels.
     
    **We ask that you take two Yoga Wall Foundations class before signing up for Yoga Wall Level ll.
     

    Please Note: Due to the high volume of students, pre-registration is encouraged to reserve your spot in class. In order to best serve all students, if you are not present 5 minutes prior to class start time your pre-registered spot will be forfeited. Need help pre-registering for class?
