Future: 500 Hour RYT & Sith Lord

Lacy enjoys hanging back after class to answer questions about yoga, and eating copious amounts of pizza.

  • Give yourself the gift of presence and breathe with a light-hearted and fun practice which will consist of light flow paired with longer held poses to allow for deeper surrender, acceptance, and present moment awareness. There is nothing better than a good practice to prepare you to cope with the inherent stressors that naturally occur. All levels welcome.

  • Multi Flow
  • Multi flow is a multilevel vinyasa-style practice with a blend of sun salutes, standing, balancing and seated postures, core work, and inversions. Appropriate modifications and variations will be offered to meet all needs. All levels are welcome.

  • Candle Light Flow
  • Candle Light Flow is a slower paced vinyasa-based class in a candle lit room that focuses on an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. You will learn techniques to gain flexibility, strength, and balance at a slower pace-allowing time to enjoy each pose or sequence with rest in between.  Perfect for all levels.

  • Hot 75
  • Hot Yoga is a multi-flow style specific sequence of standing, seated and backbending postures practiced in a heated room. This class is designed to build flexibility and strengthen the body through a succession of Vinyasa-based movements. The heated room promotes detoxification and cell renewal.
