Multi Flow

This class is taught by:

Delynda Woods

During a stressful restaurant career Delynda found solace with vinyasa style yoga tapes at home. Having an extensive background in dance she had an instant affinity for this style of yoga. In 2005, after 5 years of tapes at home, Delynda braved her first real yoga class. This began a journey of studying with teachers who also had a passion for vinyasa (Jivamukti/Ashtanga/Anusaura inspired styles). It felt like such a natural fit. She quickly noticed a change in her mental state, being able to calm down, relax, and let things go. Delynda is thrilled to be able to honor her beloved teachers by bringing their beautiful and passionate teachings into her own classes.

Rita Jones

Teacher at heart, Rita was first introduced to yoga through headstands. For the love of yoga and love of teaching, she started the perfect combined journey of the two. Yoga started as something fun and different for Rita to do. It wasn’t until almost a year later that it really started affecting her life mentally. Yoga is now about the strength physically, patience and calming of the mind. Following her passion and enjoyment of learning, Rita and her husband went to Bali, in September 2016, to get ACROVINYASA certified. Rita plans to build an acorvinyasa community right here in the 757 area. Yoga is about the journey, not the destination.
