Lacy enjoys hanging back after class to answer questions about yoga, and eating copious amounts of pizza.

Lindsay Richards

Lindsay's ideal state is being barefoot outdoors. Lindsay believes that nurturing a child-like sense of wonder is what keeps us young at heart, along with the openness to receive and experience new things. Lindsay's journey with yoga has helped her to find strength, fluidity and balance in her life, career and relationships with others. Lindsay has a passion for learning, writing and helping others heal.

200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Reiki Healer, 200 Hour Yoga Ayurveda in Progress

Delynda Woods

During a stressful restaurant career Delynda found solace with vinyasa style yoga tapes at home. Having an extensive background in dance she had an instant affinity for this style of yoga. In 2005, after 5 years of tapes at home, Delynda braved her first real yoga class. This began a journey of studying with teachers who also had a passion for vinyasa (Jivamukti/Ashtanga/Anusaura inspired styles). It felt like such a natural fit. She quickly noticed a change in her mental state, being able to calm down, relax, and let things go. Delynda is thrilled to be able to honor her beloved teachers by bringing their beautiful and passionate teachings into her own classes.

Megan McInturff

Megan began studying yoga when her long relationship with dance and gymnastics started to come to an end. Yoga became a primary source of healing and recovering. She has a degree in Health Education and Dance from Old Dominion University. She loves being near the ocean and spending time with her yellow lab, Layla. She has been known to be a globe trotter and quite spontaneous when it comes to travel.

Megan completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program at Studio Bamboo in 2012. Her teaching focuses on using yoga for mind and body therapy, building strength and having fun!

Favorite Asana:
Eka Pada Rajakapotasana. So much is happening in this pose. Back-bending heart opener, hip opener, shoulder opener, quads!

Chrissy Speckhart

When I am not practicing or teaching, I enjoy knitting, going on walks with my husband Ben, and hanging out with friends and family. I find my classes to be challenging yet attainable.

Chrissy has been practicing yoga since 2004 and has been teaching for Studio Bamboo since 2012. She is 200 hour RYT and 500 hour RYT certified.

Gaby Alexander

Gaby took up yoga as an elective in college in 2007 with Ann Richardson Stevens. Enjoys the outdoors and is an avid reader and pizza eater.

Favorite Asana:
My favorite asanas are utkatasana and sirsasana 2, but also any poses that get me irritated--that's when the real practice starts, so I'm told
Multi flow is a multilevel vinyasa-style practice with a blend of sun salutes, standing, balancing and seated postures, core work, and inversions. Appropriate modifications and variations will be offered to meet all needs. All levels are welcome.

Please Note: Due to the high volume of students, pre-registration is encouraged to reserve your spot in class. In order to best serve all students, if you are not present 5 minutes prior to class start time your pre-registered spot will be forfeited. Need help pre-registering for class?
