A class designed to bridge the gap between gentle and foundational classes with all the same benefits. Relieve stiff muscles & joints through movement. Warm ups, asana, breath work , balance, and stretches. Suitable for anyone who wants to reduce stress through movement and relaxation and move a bit more then a regular gentle class.
